Create a fun effect using a misted stamp and Color Burst panels.
Sprinkle Color Burst powders onto watercolor or mixed media paper. Spritz with water and allow colors to mix and flow together. Dry panel completely.
Lightly spritz water onto heart-shaped images from the Greeting UM sheet.
Press onto Color Burst panel and then stamp off any color onto Crewel & Unusual Ivory paper. The water will activate the colored pigment and the stamp will transfer the image to the paper.
The water activates the color. Try this technique with previously-made Color Burst panels in your stash.
