The Vintage Botany stamps continue to "grow" on me. Let's take a tour of all the cards I created with these gorgeous sets.
JUMBO UM
CARD #1
Stamp the large rose image with Black India Ink and add color with watercolor pencils. No need to buy those adult coloring books when you have this stamp set!
CARD #2
Create a postage stamp mat for this sweet little sentiment with decorative scissors. Attach a key charm tied with a tiny wax linen bow.
CARD #3
Create a mask on an ivory panel and then brayer with a variety of ink colors. This is such a simple and unique way to add interest to any card.
CARD #4
Dry brush acrylic paint onto an old dictionary page. Allow the paint to dry and then stamp the floral image over the painted areas. Stamp the quote onto separate paper, trim into individual words, and adhere to the card with Bookbinding Glue applied with a Needle-Tipped Applicator.
ART NOUVEAU UM
CARD #1
Create a one layer technique panel with a painters tape mask. Add ink with a brayer. Remove the mask, stamp additional floral and text images, and embellish with a Postage Stamp Button.
CARD #2
Stamp several aster images onto an ivory panel and color with watercolor pencils. Wrap the chiffon ribbon around to the back of the panels before attaching to the card base. Embellish with a stamped sentiment framed by a postage stamp edged mat.
CARD #3
Cut slits into each end of a matted stamped sentiment. Slide the elastic lace ribbon through the slits and secure behind the large painted panel.
GREETING UM
CARD #1
Stamp each flower name separately, trim and attach with brads over floral images.
CARD #2
Create a stamped background with White Pigment Ink. Soften the top edge of the card and panel with a corner rounder.
I hope you'll enjoy these beautiful Vintage Botany Stamp sets as much as I do!
