Celebrate a huge milestone in a child's life with graduation pages featuring the Turquoise bonus page formula. Did you see Karen's pages featuring her cruise photos? This collection coordinates with everything!

Turquoise Bonus Page Formula #clubscrap

I knew that my daughter's college colors would pair perfectly with this month's collection. The colors of the sky, her robes, and the school banners really pop off the pages!

Gather five papers from the Turquoise collection. I chose one border print along with a Gold, Red and two Lt. Turquoise plains to build my pages.

Just like Karen, I chose to span pairs of the Gold mats with larger photos cropped to 3-3/4x5-7/8".

Create a page title with an electronic cutting system. Adhere the letters to the pages with Bookbinding Glue dispensed with a Needle-tipped Applicator.

Add faux Turquoise gems to embellish the pages.

Bonus Faux Turquoise Gem tutorial

Stamp the circle gem image onto a white mixed media panel with Versamark ink. Sprinkle with silver embossing powder and heat set to melt.

Apply shades of blue Distress Oxide inks over the embossed images with an Ink Applicator Brush.

Spritz the gems with water to activate the inks.

Dry the panel with a heat tool. Sprinkle the surface with Opaque White Stipple Mist and diluted Black Soot Distress Ink. Allow the panel to air dry completely before moving onto the next step.

Cover the gems with Morning Dew Crystal Clear Nuvo Drops and set aside to dry.

Once the drops are dried completely they can be removed with a 3/4" circle punch.

Add the gems to the pages with foam adhesive circles.
