THE BLUES LITE KIT
LAYOUTS 1 & 2
Brenda and I spend the better part of a day selecting the "goodie" items for each collection. We brainstorm ideas and make our final decisions about 60-90 days prior to shipping day. We did a high five when we found these unique Treble Clef Pins. Below, I wrapped the straight stem of the pin with Chevron Washi Tape and tied the base of the cutapart with ribbon.
LAYOUTS 3 & 4
I like how the Washi Tape adds even more wonderful shades of blue to the collection. There's always plenty of tape on a roll to make the rounds, and I enjoy using it liberally.
LAYOUTS 5 & 6
Check out the Blue Suede Paper! This richly-textured 8.5x11 sheet was made in France and is dispersed throughout four of the pages.
LAYOUTS 7 & 8
The 12x12 Midnight print featuring silver metallic artwork is a beautiful base for the left side of this layout. If you're like me, you'll want to pick up an extra print to use for framing.
I'm adding another image of the treble clef pin because I love this photograph. Look how Kay captured a little "sparkle" in the upper right corner of the clef. If you don't have a musical background, check to be sure the clef is positioned in this orientation when placed on your artwork.
