Sweet Ideas - Faux Book in a Book
When I first saw the Faux Book in a Book project I knew I wanted to recreate it with my Sprinkles Remixes. I gathered black folding board and papers from the Page and Card kits. The 12x12" papers included in both collections offer me the opportunity to create more than just pages and cards.
Trim the Card kit confetti prints to decorate the covers of the faux book.
The fibers and cutaparts are the perfect coordinating embellishments on both the faux and glue-free books.
Sweet Ideas - Bonus Page Formula
Gather the 12x12" print from the Page kit and plain papers from the Card kit.
Follow the detailed cutting instructions in the October Bonus Page Formula (members exclusive content).
Make adorable nonpareils faux candies with the Foam Dots included in the Card Kit. Cut six 3/4" circles with a paper punch from white paper.
Cover the circle with Bookbinding Glue dispensed from a Needle-tipped Applicator.
Carefully press the Foam Dots into the wet glue to completely cover the white circle. Set aside to dry.
Layer and adhere the faux candies onto the circles to complete the embellishments.
Finish the pages with photos, ribbons, an ice cream sundae charm, and cutaparts.
Sweet Ideas - Idea Deck Vol. 5, Nine of Hearts
Gather two 12x12" papers (Orange and Red plains) and follow the cutting instructions to create four cards.
Embellish with the Card Kit cutaparts and Page Kit Enamel Dots.
Don't be afraid to use your collections with other project instructions. The results can be so sweet!
