Inspired by Roni's challenge yesterday, Stamping on the Edge, I decided to play around a bit myself.
STAMPING ON THE EDGE
My Wild Rose unmounted stamps have been neglected for some time. This challenge was the perfect opportunity to play. Wild Rose stamping on the edge Stamp a trio of the rose image, masking the center image to create depth. Use watercolor pencils to color images, blend with a water brush. Trim along stamped edge with a craft knife. Add hand-drawn border with a fine-tip marker. Add Sunflowers sentiment. Stamped Bouquet Stamping on the edge Create a border along the right edge of a white panel with Stamped Bouquet floral images. Color with watercolor pencils, blend with a water brush. Highlight images with Stickles glitter glue. Adirondacks stamping on the edge Stamp the Adirondacks Jumbo UM mountain image onto ivory card stock. Trim edge with a kraft knife. Use an ink applicator to blend Leaf ink onto open space below. Add sentiment and fibers. This technique can be very addicting. I encourage you give the technique a try and share your creation on the Linky Party. You just might win a Club Scrap gift certificate! Happy stamping!
