My project is a combination of techniques I've wanted to try from Pinterest.

The project itself was inspired by this tutorial. I took the liberty of making a few modifications to customize it for my purposes. I added panels to the top, bottom and front of the drawer unit to make it a bit more sturdy. Instead of using the easel for a calendar, I used it to display a photo of the Mike-man and me Kay took at Retreat.

This pin inspired me to try bleach-stamping on the Reunion papers. It's awesome to see all the different results you can get from each paper color. It's just like magic!

After using my heat tool to speed the drying process, I cut the stamped panels into one-inch squares to create the frame and border.

The Reunion stamped quote from the Borders & Backgrounds UM is perfect for this photo. (After a bit of trimming, that is.)

The drawer is large enough to store A2 cards if you like, but I think I'll probably use it for postage stamps or paper clips on my desk at work.

Just like an easel card, the platform folds flat making it great for gift-giving. (Of course, I'm keeping this one . . . wink-wink.)
