When Jacqueline developed the unique art style for the Ports of Call collection, I could barely contain my excitement!

Fun fact: Guests on the cruise received this kit in their stateroom on the morning we arrived in Jamaica. (Cruise in a Box participants will receive it right in their box. Logistics prevented custom room delivery.)

I adore all of the fun goodies we sourced for the kit. The ribbon, wood cuts, buttons, charms and stickers really make a splash!

As with all special releases, this kit is not a monthly collection and will not ship automatically. The instruction link for assembly can be found on the packing list included in your package, and a link will also be emailed with your order.

Here's a closer look at the eight layouts you can make with this collection if you follow our assembly instructions. (Stay tuned for more ideas on how you can use the page kit to make fabulous cards!)

Layouts 1 & 2

We had so much fun compiling the sentiments and page titles for the cutaparts. Also, the places listed in the background of the print on this layout include all of the places visited by Royal Caribbean. And check out those adorable passport stamp stickers!

We worked in a great spot to showcase the laser cut anchor. Top it with the sparkling grosgrain ribbon for an eye-catching look.

Layouts 3 & 4

You'll trim the cool boat image from the 12x12 print and use it on the top of page three. Then, create a nested title strip accented with a bow made with green fringe edge ribbon. Finally, trim the adorable seahorse from the cutapart sheet and add to the right side of the title with foam adhesive circles.

Our CS® Bookbinding Glue is the perfect product for attaching metal embellishments to paper. Don't you just adore the nifty life ring charm? The detail is amazing!

Layouts 5 & 6

Use waxed linen thread from your stash to add the orange coconut shell button to the compass on the title strip.

Thread ribbon through the left and right sides of the life ring charm, arrange the ribbons in a "v" shape, and tape the ends on the back of the cutapart.

Layouts 7 & 8

Sew three coconut shell buttons onto the page title with waxed linen thread.

Trim shells from the cutapart sheet and arrange next to the "happy as a clam" caption.

Look! Another great spot for the second wood cut anchor to put the finishing touch on layout eight.

Wait, before you say "bon voyage," take a look at the Ports of Call stamps! It's a beautiful sheet of nautical images that look great with watercolor techniques. The sheet is half of one of our jumbo plates and was also included in the Cruise in a Box. Do "knot" miss out on this beauty!

I hope you love what you "sea!"

Okay, okay, enough with the puns, already. But feel free to add a few of your own nautical puns in the comments section.
