Make four greeting cards and a matching gift box with our clever paper trimming instructions. The Quad Card Box project is easy to put together using just four 12x12 papers and a few basic tools and supplies.
Making this quick, yet impressive, gift is easy: Purchase and download the Quad Card Box instructions. Next, gather four coordinating 12x12s; trim and sort the papers. Assemble the storage box per the instructions. Dry fit the card bases and panels; adhere the elements using your favorite adhesive. Finally, decorate the cards using card kit cutaparts (or stamps) along with ribbons or other embellishments.
Peony Quad Card Box
To replicate the Peony version below, use the following paper assignments:
Paper A = Lt. Pink Plain
Paper B = Peony Card Kit Print
Paper C = Green Plain
Paper D = Pink Sparkle
The storage box features a ribbon closure that, along with the four-sided tray inside, keeps the cards secure.
I completed my cards using artwork and sentiments from the Peony Card Kit Cutaparts. Stamping would be another great option.
Fussy cut artwork, attached with foam adhesive, adds interest and dimension.
