Create adorable paper truffles with papers from the Chocolate collection. They made the perfect embellishments for my scrapbook pages created with the October Bonus Formula.
Paper Truffles Tutorial
Punch 1" circles from the Red, Vanilla, and Brown paper scraps.
Place each circle in the paper trimmer and trim at 7/8".
Add dotted texture to the Vanilla pieces with an embossing folder.
Cut super skinny 1/16" strips of Brown paper and adhere to the Red pieces with Bookbinding Glue dispensed from a Needle-tipped Applicator. Trim away any excess with scissors.
Die cut curvy lines from a scrap of Vanilla paper.
Adhere the wavy lines to the Brown pieces. Trim any excess with scissors. Set the truffles aside to dry.
Bonus Page Formula Assembly Tips
Gather plain papers from the Chocolate collection.
Create your own print! Stamp the large label image repeatedly onto Brown paper with White Pigment Ink.
Dust the still-wet images with Gold Perfect Pearls powder. Buff the images with a clean dry cloth.
Trim the 12x12" papers according to the cutting instructions with the following paper assignments: Vanilla (Paper A), Red (Paper B), Brown (Paper C), and two Pink (Paper D).
Refer to the sketch to dry fit the trimmed pieces.
Create a journaling block from a small Vanilla panel. Mark lines every 1/4" with the 2x8 Grid Ruler and a pencil.
Align the large stamped pieces with the help of a 3x14" Grid Ruler.
Add a title to the pages with letters die cut from Brown paper. Adhere with Bookbinding Glue dispensed from a Needle-tipped Applicator.
Add the paper truffles to the pages with Foam Adhesive Circles.
