Neon Dabbers (introduced at Retreat 2013) add vibrant color to this trio of Boardwalk sea critters.
Apply Neon inks onto mixed media paper.
Allow the paper to dry and stamp fish and crabs in Onyx ink.
Add accent dots around the stamped lines of the images with a white gel pen.
Fussy cut the stamped images and adhere to a set of three black tags.
Finish tags with bakers twine and add an Office Space Greeting UM sentiment to the Neon splattered background panel.
