Create more Lotus pages featuring the stamps and this month's bonus formula. I love to make custom "prints" with the images from the collection. The versatile stamp sets always make it super easy! Gather your supplies and let's get started.

Lotus Pages

Gather five plain papers from the Lotus collection as indicated in the November formula.

Custom "Print" Tutorial

Separate the Purple (Paper B) from the pile and place on a Club Scrap Grid Pad or cushioned surface. Gather the dragonfly, large lotus flower, and two koi fish images from the stamp set and mount them on clear acrylic blocks. Stamp the first images in the center of the paper in Amethyst Ink.

Continue to add images in a random pattern, making sure to rotate the stamps each time.

Once the "print" is complete it is time to cut the papers as directed in the formula.

Trimming and Assembly

Trim and sort three 12x12" papers using the following paper assignments: Pink (Paper A), Purple (Paper B), and Yellow (Paper C). Two Aqua (Paper D) serve as the left and right bases of the layout.

Refer to the sketch to dry fit all the trimmed pieces.

Ensure perfect placement and alignment of the papers and mats with the zero center on a 3x14" Grid Ruler.

Before cropping, test fit your photos over each mat to ensure proper placement.

Crop each of the photos to fit each mat.

Draw faint pencil lines with the help of a Grid Ruler to create a space for journaling.

Add a stamped sentiment in Ocean Ink to the bottom of the Right page.

Punch small 1/4" circles from the small scraps of paper leftover from the paper trimming.

Adhere a set of three dots next to the photos on each side of the layout with Bookbinding Glue dispensed from a Needle-tipped Applicator.

Dispense a small drop of Clear Dimensional Acrylic (Rainy Day Page Kit 2021) on each circle to make faux enamel dots.

Add a drop of Bookbinding Glue to the back of the Lotus flower charms and tuck behind the small photo mats on each page.

Let's take a look at the finished Lotus pages.

Happy Scrapping!
