Inspired by Roni’s Magenta! layout featuring Dahlia with Cherry Blossoms, the May Challenge is to design a project using a mash-up of at least two different Club Scrap collections.
For my mash-up, I chose to combine a Textiles & Notions version of a chain stitch book with elements from the Cherry Blossoms collection.
I just love the look of the chain stitch binding, don't you?
The teal, mauve, purple and gray from Textiles & Notions went surprisingly well with the colors and artwork from Cherry Blossoms.
The inside pages feature photos taken by my dad.
