We are thrilled to present the 50s Kitchen collection!
A NOTE FROM TRICIA
Perhaps you've heard by now that we've announced a new club . . . Greetings to Go. It was our aim to meet the requests of paper crafters who want to dabble in card making without adding to their stash of rubber stamps and other supplies. Our monthly mission is to provide members with everything they need to make a dozen beautiful cards with virtually nothing leftover. The Greetings to Go kit is available as a stand-alone club for just $15.75/month, or, as always, we can simply include the item along with your regular monthly Deluxe, Lite, or Club Stamp shipment. Read more about this option HERE, and be one of our proud Charter Members receiving their kit on March 20! Only six spots remain for the August Retreat to be held in Neenah, WI. Register today to save your spot!
WHAT'S AHEAD?
We're putting a modern twist on a gorgeous collection of Botanicals for April. Even if this dreadful winter stays around forever, a soft palette of beautiful artwork will arrive at your door soon.
KIT AND COLOR DETAILS
We searched high and low for the perfect font for this collection and we couldn't choose just one. Jacqueline worked with the following fonts: Chicken Basket Regular, Cocktail Script, Chowderhead Regular, Square Meal, Chicken King Regular, and Doggie Bag Script Regular. While we normally use "free" fonts, this batch came from a cool site called Font Diner, a source for premium retro-style fonts. If you're itching to get started on the digital layouts arriving in your inbox today, here are the RGB color codes used as a central part of the palette.

Our designers have been using the following Club Scrap Inks to create projects with the 50s Kitchen collection: Ash (my favorite), Carnation, Sandstone, Ocean, Ruby, and India Black.
Check out these happy layouts created with the Deluxe kit. The fourteen pages incorporate 5x7" printed bags, flattened vintage bottle caps, cheerful washi tape, beautiful ribbons, and more.
This is our first batch of cards made exclusively with the contents of the Greetings to Go kit. (No stamps were used.) The cards feature the cutaparts, ribbons, buttons, and baker's twine included in the collection with a little help from a trimmer, adhesive, and a stapler.
Stop back tomorrow for more details on the layouts and cards.
Let's get cooking!
