Create Legacy Puzzle cards with a super efficient cutting technique that would make Tricia proud! I saw this idea on Pinterest and thought I'd try it with paper from my stash. Because of the size, this method would pair well with the Pack of Panels (POPs) Club Scrap creates each month. Members: The pack of panels is available as an "add on" to your monthly membership. Legacy Puzzle Cards
Gather a variety of panels and prints from the Legacy collection. You'll also need three white 8.5x5.5" card bases folded in half horizontally.
Stack the three smallest panels (3.75x5") - one plain (Lt. Blue) and two prints (Legacy Page kit), and make several angled cuts as shown below. Tip: Make sure to press firmly on the clear stabilizer bar to avoid paper slippage.
Separate the trimmed pieces and reassemble them (like a puzzle) so each set includes one of each color.
Add depth and dimension by inking the edges of each panel. Flip the panels over and tape the pieces together with clear tape.
Adhere the assembled puzzle panel to a 4x5.25" Pink Metallic mat. Add a sentiment (Legacy stamps) to each plain puzzle piece with India Ink.
Add a light shade of pink ink to the flower stamp. "Kiss" the inked flowers stamp onto the quatrefoil stamp to remove some of the color as well as transfer the pattern from the image.
Stamp the flower images next to the sentiment.
Mat the finished panels onto a 4.25x5.5" Red Metallic and adhere to front of the plain white card base. Repeat for the two remaining cards. Embellish with sequins adhered with Bookbinding Glue dispensed from a Needle-tipped applicator.
