Create quick and easy greetings with Flower Power stamps. You don't need a lot of inks or other supplies to make great cards. While it can be fun and relaxing to play with different techniques and mediums, the ideas below are perfect for those times when you need a card - pronto!

Flower Power Stamps

Flower Power Stamp Sheet

All of the samples shared below are constructed from 8.5x5.5" paper folded in half to create A2 single-fold cards.

Card 1

Stamp the bee image and sentiment in India ink onto a White 1-3/8x5.5" strip. Color the bees with yellow marker. Mat artwork onto a 1.5x5.5 black strip; adhere to the card base. Tie yellow ribbon into a bow and attach with Bookbinding Glue or a Glue Line.

Card 2

Stamp the collage image onto a White panel with Ocean Hybrid ink. For best results, use a stamping platform for a crisp image. Crop the image closely with a trimmer. Trim nesting panels from Black and White papers. Stamp sentiment onto a White scrap with India ink. Trim to size and mat with Black. Punch three tiny hearts from a Blue scrap and adhere to the sentiment with Bookbinding Glue.

Card 3

Stamp the peace sign image with Ocean ink onto a White panel; add the sentiment with Leaf. Cut the stamped panel (and coordinating mats) with stitch-edged nesting dies. Punch a hole with a Slot Punch. Thread ribbon through the slot, wrap around the back of the embossed panel, and secure with tape.

Card 4

Stamp the sentiments and artwork onto a white panel with India ink. Color select portions of the image with orange colored pencil. Create nesting mats for the stamped panel from Orange, White and Black papers.

Card 5

Stamp the sentiment (India ink) and the butterfly image (Ocean) onto Plain White. Die cut into a circle shape. Nest onto a Blue mat cut with a stitched circle die. Trim card panels from Green and White papers; add texture to the White panel with an embossing folder. Loop two lengths of green ribbon together, chain link-style, and wrap ends around the back of the green panel; secure with tape. Trim the edge of the nested circles and attach with foam adhesive.

Card 6

Stamp the bee image and sentiment onto a White panel with India ink. Adhere the stamped artwork onto Yellow and Black panels created with nested rectangle die cuts. Wrap a length of white ribbon around a 4x5.25" White panel; securing to the back side with tape. Add the sentiment to the card front with foam adhesive.

5x7 Card

Trim Green to 10x7"; fold in half for the card base. Create a background of floral images on a White Panel stamped with Ocean, Yellow and Leaf inks. Add the sentiment with India ink. Mat with Black. Wrap green ribbon around the stamped panel; secure to the back side with tape.
