When I saw this photo of Candy Stripe Cosmos I immediately thought of the Weathered Florals UM stamps.
Gather your supplies and follow these steps to create this card.
Stamp the single blossom image onto a white panel using Ranger Distress Picked Raspberry and Neon Yellow dauber inks. Cover the stamp with pink ink. Remove the wet pink ink from the flower center with a cloth.
Apply Neon Yellow ink to the center with the dabber tip. Cover an entire panel with pink flowers.
Stamp the image onto a post-it note near the sticky area and fussy cut to create several masks.
Fill in the empty areas of the panel with the leaves image in Leaf Ink stamping directly over the masked flowers.
Swipe a bit of Leaf Ink directly onto an acrylic block and color in the leaf images with a brush.
Oopsie! I smeared some green ink on the flower. No worries. We'll fix it.
Fussy cut an additional stamped flower and adhere over the "error".
No one will ever know.
Layer the art panel onto Trees Dark Green paper.
Embellish with a Picnic Dark Pink punched border strip (Martha Stewart). Stamp a sentiment onto London Calling Light Green with Leaf ink and layer onto the card.
Stamp a flower on white paper and leaves onto Trees Dark Green paper, fussy cut and add to the punched strip. Adhere all to a 4.25x5.5" London Calling Light Green folded card base.
