Once again, Color Burst is the star of my artwork with a supporting role played by the Dahlia Stencil included in the April Lite kit. Create a dark Color Burst background.

Lay the stencil on top of the panel.

Spritz a paper towel or soft cloth with water.

Dab the towel onto the stencil with firm pressure, removing the color from the panel.

If the wet towel doesn't do the trick, spritz the water directly over the top of the panel covered with the stencil. Continue to dab off the color until the desired effect is reached.

Trace the outside edges of the flower with a white gel pen to make the image pop.

Nest the panel onto a folded card base and add a sentiment.
