I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this interesting and challenging time. I'm blessed to be able to telecommute for my job at Club Scrap. I love having access to my craft room during the work day. Now when inspiration strikes, I'm able to create projects like this Coffeehouse Accordion Book.

I belong to a crafting Facebook called Coffee Loving Papercrafters. My friend, Hetty Sanders, hosts a monthly card swap for the group. For March I wanted to make a little handmade something to accompany my coffee-themed card.

COFFEEHOUSE MINI ACCORDION BOOK

I started with two 3.5x12" stone strips left over from another project. Score each strip at 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10". Trim one strip at 10, so only one has the 2-inch tab at the end. Accordion fold each strip along the score lines. Glue the 2-inch tab to connect the two strips to create a single accordion folded strip.

Trim cover paper to 3.75x5-5/8". Score horizontally at 2.75 and 2-7/8". Fold along score lines. Glue the first panel to the inside front cover, and the last panel to the back cover.

Print the quad print from the Coffeehouse hybrid kit.

Cut each section of artwork into 2.5x3.5" panels and adhere to the inside pages. (I used prints from the Brewed Awakenings hybrid kit, too.)

Adhere cup and "wish" from the woodcut pack to the front cover.

Here's a peek at the card I made for the swap. All printed elements are from the Coffeehouse and Brewed Awakenings hybrid kits. Sentiment is from the stamp sheet. The to-go cup is die cut from plain papers, embellished with a cocoa button tied with waxed linen thread.

So what fun projects have you been creating? Why not share your crafty stuff on the Club Scrap Chat Facebook group? We love seeing your work!

Happy crafting!
