Create a faux book designed to hold lots of little keepsakes and featuring the Christmas Market Collection. I adore embellishments and this memory book is perfect for displaying all of my holiday favorites! It even has a special nook for an adorable stitched mini album, too.
Christmas Market Book
This memory book project was originally released in 2013 as part of the Cape Cod collection. Gather supplies including papers, goodies, and fibers from the Christmas Market Page Kit.
Purchase and download the Hybrid kit and print out additional papers to make the stitched album.
Cover the spine with black paper and wrap the front and back covers with White Snowflake Christmas Market prints.
Laminate the inside niche areas with crumpled tissue paper and Bookbinding Glue.
Apply a tiny bead of glue dispensed with a Needle-tipped Applicator to the bottom of the book board structure. Adhere it to the inside back cover of the book.
Adhere pieces of tissue paper to the niches to cover any remaining book board areas.
Decorate the front of the book with a matted quote from the cutaparts sheet, red ribbon, kraft tree tag, and a silver tree charm.
Assemble the stitch bound album with signatures created with the Hybrid kit printables and black papers. Trim and nest panels from the printables onto the black signature papers.
Die cut snowflakes from the White print.
Adhere them to the inside of the niches with Bookbinding Glue.
Die cut poinsettias and holly with papers from the collection.
Fill a glass bottle with fine glitter and label with a tag and baker's twine.
Tuck the paper poinsettias and holly next to a matted mini thermometer that really works!
The stitched bound album fits nicely into the largest nook.
