Tricia recently offered an online workshop for the Podium Book 2.0. During the presentation, students learned how to make an updated version of our podium book project. I enjoyed the project so much, I repurposed the instructions to make another book featuring Club Scrap's Cherish Page Kit.
If you're familiar with the 2022 version of this project, you'll be thrilled with the streamlined binding construction which makes the project much easier to assemble - no stitching required! We've also updated the style of the inside pages to make them larger than before.
Cherish Podium Book 2.0 - Details
To replicate my album, gather a Cherish Page Kit and the Components Kit. Use the paper assignments below when working with the downloadable project instructions and video tutorial.

Since the Cherish kit is a special release, you'll have four extra papers left over. These leftover papers can be trimmed as photo mats (cutting diagram included in the instructions) or other decorative elements throughout the album.
Cherish Podium Book - A Visual Tour
The 8x8" book features four sets of folded 7.75x12" inside pages installed with Club Scrap's unique U-Hinge binding system, producing "staggered" pages: Short "flaps" and squares.
Add ribbon to a tag-shaped cutapart, and add to a 4.25" flap.
Photo mats, memorabilia and other decorative elements can extend past the edge of each short page for added interest.
Trim title and border strip cutaparts to 7.75" long to fit the height and width of the pages. Cut the 4.25x12 scraps from Pocket D into additional mats in a variety of sizes.
When elements extend past the edge of a short flap, decorate the back side for an elegant touch.
Tie the bronze key charm with a length of natural waxed cord, and adhere it to the cutapart with Bookbinding Glue in a needle tipped applicator.
