Butterflies Remix Page Kit

Take a visual tour of this stunning collection with the preview video below.

And here's a closer look at each double page spread, along with some things to watch for during assembly.

Layouts 1 & 2

To coordinate with the artwork, the butterfly collage print paper is torn into measured sections rather than trimmed. I'll share tips about how to do this easily in my video workshop. Meanwhile, enhance the nested title strip with ribbon. Simply punch a hole on the left and right side of the text, and slide the ribbon through the holes behind the title.

Layouts 3 & 4

Have fun decorating your pages with appliqués, silver charms, laser cut butterflies, die cut tags and ribbons, all included! Add these beautiful embellishments to the layouts using a needle-tipped applicator filled with CS® Bookbinding Glue. If you need help figuring out how to create this special bow, the chapter is clearly marked in the workshop video.

Layouts 5 & 6

Speaking of bows, this "chain link" style bow is perfect for pages and cards due to its low profile. Simply trim two pieces of ribbon about 2" wider than the mat. Fold one piece in half and tape the ends to the back. Loop the second piece around the first, and tape ends to the back on the other side. Batta-bing, you've got a bow.

Layouts 7 & 8

Use your trusted 3x14" Acrylic Grid Ruler to align the set of three stacked mats along the left side of page eight. Next, adhere the other half of the laser cut butterfly used on page two.

This kit made its original appearance as a special release in May of 2020. Two years later, it continues to be a a kit I'd fly with any day!
