I don't know about you, but my crafting Pin boards are bursting at the seams! While riding the wave of creativity from my blog hop project, I decided to take a couple "fancy-fold" technique Pins for a test drive. The results are three fun cards:
First, I was inspired by this Pin to create a cute "pop-up book" card.
I followed the blogger's template for the interior without too much trouble. (She offers a free download in her post.)
I found some of her other directions a bit unclear, but in the end I figured out the card base is a 5x10" folded in half. The finished card size is 5x5, and if you make the insert correctly (LOL), it folds flat for mailing.
The other two cards are inspired by this Pin for a Postal Twist card. The post is in Spanish and centimeters, so it took a bit of experimenting to come up with my final measurements.
The blogger's dimensions converted directly from centimeters to inches worked just fine, however, I wanted the finished cards to fit into a standard A2 envelope. The directions below will create two Postal Twist cards.

I hope you'll give these fancy folds a try. Happy crafting!
