One of my favorite parts of the month is when all of the pieces of the collection arrive at the warehouse and I get a chance to be creative. The Aviary kit was a joy to work with, and it really chased away the winter blues. Special thanks, once again, goes to CS® member Beth Moran for her theme and sentiment suggestions!

As we ship the first wave of Aviary kits from the Neenah warehouse today, we can turn our full attention to the countless final details for our 20th Anniversary Cruise! We've assembled a fun line-up of workshops for our crafty time together. The entire CS® family is working hard to ensure this is an excellent celebration for all. Inks and Fonts
I had a ball creating cards with the Aviary stamps and papers. The CS® Inks that coordinated best were Ruby, Ocean, Spruce and White Pigment.
We selected the light and airy Aisling script font for this collection and balanced it with a clean sans serif font called Goldsmith.
What's Ahead?
Usher in the beauty of spring with April's In Bloom collection. This kit will celebrate blossoms that make the earliest appearances of the season. The joyful color palette will chase away the last remnants of winter!
Aviary Page Kit
All of the goodies join with the papers, cutaparts, photo mats and ribbons to create eight gorgeous layotus. Take a peek at the kit "in action," and don't forget to check your email for links to the full length video tutorials and other member benefits.
Aviary Card Kit
Learn two unique card structures this month with the Aviary Card Kit. I'll walk you through the stand-up card and accordion pop-up card, and you'll be able to assemble the entire set of twelve greetings with ease!
Aviary Stamps
Don't forget about the gorgeous sheet of stamps we design for every collection. I had fun with oil pastels, white pigment ink, and a torn dictionary page. I'm looking forward to more playtime with this kit. (But probably after we get back . . .)
