Create simply stunning greeting cards when you pair the Abundance Stamps with Hybrid Inks and papers from the September collection.
Abundance Stamps
(The finished size of each card below is 4.25x5.5", unless otherwise noted.)
Card 1
Stamp the sentiment onto an Ivory panel with Sapphire Ink.
Position the large leaf to the left of the sentiment. Stamp with Tangerine Ink.
Add two smaller leaf images with Earth Ink.
Wrap the panel with twine tied into a knot. Adhere the panel to a Blue card base.
Card 2
Spritz the oak leaf image with water.
Scribble a bit of red, orange and brown Gelatos onto the stamp.
Press the image onto an Ivory panel.
Lift the image and spritz again with water to reactivate the color.
Add the second image to a small Orange panel.
There should still be some Gelato still on the stamp. Dip a water brush into the color and add flecks to the Orange and Ivory panels.
Loop two lengths of twine below the artwork. Nest with an Orange mat and adhere to a Brown card base.
Add a sentiment to the Orange panel; adhere to the inside of the finished card.
Card 3
Stamp leaf and stem images onto an Ivory panel with Earth Ink. Add a flower to the end of each stem with Sapphire Ink.
Apply Sapphire Ink to the flower image and "stamp-off" some of the ink scrap paper or a Club Scrap Grid Paper Pad.
Add "second generation" images as shown.
Add the sentiment with Earth ink. Tie a small knot in Dark Blue ribbon and adhere to the stem with Bookbinding Glue.
Card 4
Stamp the daisies repeatedly around the perimeter of an Ivory panel.
Stamp leaves onto a Lt. Brown panel with Watermark Ink.
Stamp the sentiment onto an Ivory strip with Sapphire Ink. Nest the Lt. Brown panel onto Dk. Brown, Orange and Blue panels. Wrap a length of Dark Blue ribbon around the nested panels and secure with tape. Adhere the sentiment over the ribbon.
Center the nested panels onto the daisy background using a clear grid ruler as a guide.
Card 5
Center a strip of removable masking tape onto an Ivory panel using a Club Scrap Grid Paper Pad as a guide.
Stamp leaf and flower images onto the panel, overlapping the tape. (I used Earth, Tangerine and Sapphire Ink.)
Carefully remove the tape.
Stamp the sentiment onto an Ivory scrap.. Round three corners and adhere to Orange and Dk. Brown nested strips.
Round the corners of the Ivory panel.
Adhere the sentiment strip to the center of the stamped panel.
Card 6
Stamp daisy images onto a Blue panel with White Pigment Ink.
Dust the center of each flower with Bronze Perfect Pearls.
Add a variety of Perfect Pearls powder to the petals.
Dust off any excess powder with a soft brush. Buff the surface of the paper with a cloth to enhance the shimmer.
Stamp a sentiment onto a Blue panel with White Pigment Ink. Sprinkle the image with embossing powder and heat set to melt. Cut the sentiment with a circle die or punch.
Cut a scallop circle from Orange. Nest with the sentiment and adhere to daisy panel.
Card 7
Create a background panel with the daisy image and Tangerine Ink.
Add leaf images to a Lt. Brown panel with Earth Ink.
Stamp leaf and flower images onto an Ivory panel as demonstrated in Card 3.
Cut the panels with circle dies in two sizes.
Stamp the sentiment onto an Orange strip with Earth ink.
Assemble the card with the 09/24 Card Sketch as inspiration. (Join the Challenge on the Club Scrap Chat Group!)
Tuck a Leaf Sticker beneath the circles to complete the card.
