A Night at the Met Cards
CARD #1
Stamp the ballerina feet onto Pink and Aqua paper. Fussy cut and adhere together to the Purple panel with the stamped sentiment. Embellish with little bows tied with waxed linen
thread.
CARD #2
Create a watery mottled background with Amethyst, Carnation and Tangerine Hybrid
Inks. Check out a detailed tutorial in this Vintage Botany
post. Stamp the ballerina and sentiment with
Black India Ink. To put the ballerina in the spotlight, mask an area in the middle of the paper with a paper scrap and create edges of "light" with a CS® Ink
Applicator.
CARD#3
To make the piano pop, stamp with
White Pigment ink, sprinkle with white embossing powder, and melt with a heat tool.
CARD #4
Stamp a row of ballerinas on a mottled
background with Amethyst ink.
CARD #5
Stamp the ballerina with light shade of ink, such as
Sandstone or
Watermark ink.
Draw in hands and feet with a black brush marker.
Color in the dress details with a Gelato.
Blend the color with a water brush.
Speckle the background with Gelato applied with a wet paintbrush.
CARD #1
Stamp the dress onto an Aqua scrap and the Pink card panel. Fussy cut the dress from the Aqua paper and adhere to the dress image on the Pink panel.
CARD #2
Heat emboss the dress and sentiment with white embossing powder. Fill in the bodice and skirt with Pitt Pastel pencils.
CARD #3
Color the stamped dress with watercolor pencils and blend with a water brush.
CARD #1
Color the dress with watercolor pencils and blend with a water brush.

Heat emboss the sentiment with white embossing powder. Embellish the stamped dresses with
Jewel Stickers.
CARD #3
Add a little glamour with glitter glue applied to each of the stamped dresses.
