As a paper crafter, I enjoy making cards by hand. However, at holiday time, I like the idea of photo cards because I enjoy seeing loved ones' families grow and evolve over the years. As a compromise, my annual Christmas cards are a blend of both: Handmade 5x7 cards and panels (made from awesome Club Scrap card stock), with a family photo on the front.

WOODLAND CHRISTMAS HYBRID CARDS

In recent years, I've enhanced the feature photo a bit with our digital hybrid photo card templates. The 2021 hybrid photo cards include artwork from the Woodland Christmas collection. To make photo cards of your own, simply purchase and download the template, add photo(s) using your favorite photo-editing software, and send them to your preferred photo processing center for printing. It couldn't be easier!

I'm still playing around with the final design for this year's card, but I thought I'd share a couple examples for inspiration.

And here's one with a photo of my "other" family!

The templates are designed to fit a 4x6 photo print, so you can take advantage of coupons and process the prints for as low as 10 cents each. So if you're looking for a quick and inexpensive (yet creative) way to share photos in your Christmas cards this year, give the 2021 Woodland Christmas hybrid photo cards a try!

Happy (holiday) crafting!
