Layout Sketch

Bright Blooms Bonus Page Formula

Create a well-balanced two-page spread to showcase nine or more photos. To get started, gather five coordinating 12x12 papers. Follow the trimming instructions on the printable document, then assemble the pages using the sketch as a reference.

I still had quite a few photos left over after completing my Bright Blooms Page Kit. I opted to create four more coordinating pages to showcase the remaining photos of our "home away from home" in California last year.

May Bonus Two-page Spread #1

To replicate these pages, gather the following Bright Blooms papers: Orange/Pink Duplex (Paper A), Yellow (B), Black (Paper C) and two White (Paper D).

This layout follows the sketch pretty closely. Trim the journaling cutapart and border strips to fit the page.

Crop a vertical photo to fit the open space to the left of the journaling prompt.

Trim a single horizontal photo to span the space created by the two mini mats.

Bonus Layout #2

To create this layout, gather the following papers: Bright Blooms Bonus Print (Paper A), Rainforest Lt. Green (B), Black (Paper C) and two Bright Blooms Orange/Pink Duplex (Paper D).

Change the orientation of the photo mats on the left side. Flip the printed mats to the plain white side.

Flip the small print panel to the plain white side. With a pencil and grid ruler, draw light pencil lines to create a handy spot for journaling. Spell out the page title with Black from the Pack of Panels and alphabet dies.

Create additional photo mats with Orange/Pink Duplex paper from in the Pack of Panels.

Tuck an extra matted photo into the lower left corner.

Crop a single vertical photo to span the space created by the two stacked mini mats.

Club Scrap's clever formulas are designed to help you make even more layouts utilizing paper and supplies you already own.
